No internet connection, hijack log

HI guys,

I have a laptop here that is being plugged in thru the ethernet port on my router and hooked up wirelessly also thru my router. All of a sudden I am receiving no connection, it just states "page cannot be displayed". the connection is enabled. i am receiving 96 packets and sending out 175 on the connection status.

I suggest you try disabling Zone Alarm or lowering the security level to medium. If that allows you to access the Internet, download and install the latest version of ZoneAlarm from www.zonealarm.com.

Please tell me if that fixes your problem.
 
Yeah, I also had this problem on my home pc; I just uninstalled the latest windows security update and it works fine now.
 
That will also work, but the security updates are important to have. Since the updated version of ZoneAlarm will work without issues, I suggest you download and install that.
