I updated Windows and the next time I started it, it would get past the windows load screen, go black, and reload.
No load up...

no sorry, I don't. Could the fact I recently installed a video card be a factor? Also, it keeps reloading and I cant enter safe mode.

What kind of board and video card

Compaq presario, Saphire ATI x1600 pro 512 mb, but it has worked w/ the video card. It was after the update that I started having problems. But could unplugging it wrong cause it?
Have you tried to boot to safe mode
