no matter what i do...

i just reinstalled bf2 on the PC, am now trying to run it and the same issue that stopped me last time was the "input not supported". ive lloked through foriums, ive looked through fixes and tried them but still no cahnge. Do i have to patch it right after install?

i cant even make it into the loginscreen. I changed teh mhz from 60 to 160 or so and still no difference.what do i do. i could go to ea and ask them but its been asked before and still does not have a respose or answer

i was able to install onto the laptop to test it out and it worked but now getting onto servers is almost impossible as our high speed internet makes the game so slooooooow that it shows up with "theres a problem with your internet connection"


unsure what to do about it there....

Ok download PC Wizard from my sig and install it. Open PC Wizard and go to FILE, SAVE AS and click Ok. Save that text file and copy its contents into this thread.

Have you tried changing the game's resolution via the Video.con file located in:

My Documents/Battlefield2/Profiles/Default/

or similar location?

As for the problem with your internet connection, have you checked your firewall's settings?

No I haven't patched or edited the video con file but I will shortly, after my Flightsim flight is over

Actually I think changing the settings in the video.con file might have fixed it
