No monitor display

my monitor doesn't display anything.
power is on.
monitor is definitely fine, it displays "no signal" when i unplug it from CPU.
so i suspect that the problem is video card.
i removed the video card and inserted it again, but nothing happens.
CPU's power is OK, fan is running.

please help me!!!!
i need to fix it soon!

Did the computer work before? Have you done any upgrade to it? Can you tell there's any activity (hard drive loading an OS, Windows startup sound, POST beep)
