Hi, i have the Gigabyte 9800 Pro fitted in my comp, and today i turned my pc on as usual and no display at all ! The moniter stays on standby (light flashes).

I have searched through forums, and google etc for this problem and found it to be quite common. People have said that the bios can become corrupt is this the case?

The card has never been over clocked, and i have a VGA Silencer installed.

My other cards work perfectly and the POST LED display on my board gets as far as '25'. The manual says this is the ''-Search for a valid VGA device & VGA BIOS, and put it into C000:0'' test.

I don't get into the BIOS at all on my comp, and so cannot re-flash the card. I don't either have a PCI card. I do have another comp that has inbuilt display though so i will give that a go.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks for your time ;)

I have tried to flash the card using ATIflash, and i get this message ''Adaptor not found''
I assume this means the BIOS is not to blame

Does anyone know if it would work if i used a PCI card? Becouse sometimes i cannot use the onboard video as it changes to AGP automatically, and i cannot change it.

Thanks
