No power at all

My daughter recently took her desktop out of storage, to find it didn't power up. I had a similar problem a while ago, and replaced the power supply which resolved the problem. Replacing this one had no effect. Could it be an "on/off" switch problem, or am I looking at a motherboard fault ?
Any recommendations please !
It's not a supply problem, and yes, the new power supply is 220/240V only.

Could be a bad power switch on the tower or loose wire on motherboard. Hard to tell without looking at it.

Make sure everything on your MB is still plugged in correctly. Something could have died and that's effecting your entire system. Like johnb35 said, hard to say without looking at it.

Toby where was this pc stored? Was it climate controlled? Check the mobo and see if there is any corrosion on it anywhere or anything is loose... Can you post the system specs or do you know them?
