No power ?

hey guys im stumped. ive changed the power supply and still not getting fan cpu power...NOTHING.. does this sound like my motherboard went out? its a socket 775 ASRock G31M-S with a e5200 two gigs corsair .I'm not even getting error code beeps

Have you tried removing the cmos battery to reset the cmos? If that don't help then the motherboard may be shorted, or you may have a loose 20/24 pin psu cable or CPU power cable.

Sounds like dead motherboard.

ASRock is known for bad 775 boards....all their other sockets are pretty good, but 775 boards are crap.
