No Screen Print

My new HP Pavilion Laptop, Windows 7 will not do a "prt sc" from the keyboard. The only way I can copy the screen is by using Snipping Tool, is this a windows fault?

Thanks for the link, it seems to work with the function + prt sc button,
it would be helpful if Microsoft and HP put this in the help menu

make sure you write it down. as sure as sheet you will forget. write it in the manual. i try very hard to document everything.
