No scroll on touchpad in Windows

Hi, I have Ubuntu and Windows on my laptop and scrolling with the touchpad works fine in Ubuntu but not on Windows, in fact not at all. I can't see any touchpad showing up in Device Manager nor does Add New Hardware find any. Any ideas? Thanks!
