My computer was working fine, however I moved it to replace the side panel of the base unit which had been off, and when I plugged my monitor back in, it wouldn't respond. (The power cable is fine) I have checked the monitor with another pc and the monitor is fine - so it must be the pc - not sure what!! Can anyone help? All I can think of is that whilst moving it a cable inside may have come loose?? Anyone got any ideas? I can't access my computer now!!

I've looked on the internet for info on where the video card is - my computer doesn't seem to have one...??? Or am I looking in completely the wrong place?

make sure the cable to the hdd is firmly in place, i had the same prob and that was the cause
Thats not likely to be the cause at all if he cant see anything at all on his monitor is it????

If you cant seem to find your graphics card then its likely that you have integrated graphics... this is built in to the motherboard. It is common on cheaper motherboards and budget computers. By the sounds of it the motherboard has blown the onboard graphics, possibly due to a short or a bump somewhere. This cannot be fixed and your motherboard needs to be replaced or you need to buy a sperate graphic card to fit into a PCI card, AGP slot or {CI-e slot depending on what your motherboard can handle.....
