No signal

I've had this computer for about 3-4 years. It has been running fine until recently. Out of nowhere when I went to turn it on the monitor gives me the messages that it is on but not getting a signal from the computer.

I've tried connecting the computer to 2 other monitors and I have the same problem.
I've made sure all the cables are secure.
I bought a new video card to see if that was the problem, wasn't.
I have tried a different power supply, no go.
I've cleared the cmos and reset the battery.

I have no idea what the problem is. If anyone has any other suggestions before I give up please let me know, this is quite frustrating.

Try different RAM, or running single sticks if you have multiple sticks. Could be a dead motherboard. Sometimes capacitors or other components give out.

Can you tell if the hard drive is spinning up? Is there any activity? Do the keyboard lights still function?

I have tried using onboard graphics.

The keyboard lights do function as well as all the fans inside the case. I'm not sure about the hard drive as I unplugged everything but the necessary for now.
It might be the ram but i don't have a spare to test out and it is running on a single stick.

There is a cable for a case speaker, though I'm not sure where to plug it in. The only spot on the motherboard labeled speaker doesn't have any prongs.

It does say speaker near the front panel connectors. But instead of having the wires to connect to it it has 4 silver round button looking things. Sort of like those around the holes on the motherboard where the standoffs and screws go.
