No Sound on Computer - Need Help!

Hi, Im having a problem with hearing sounds on my computer, I just recently reformatted my computer, i have lost the cd that came with my Asus P5P800 Motherboard but i went on the Asus website and i think i downloaded the correct driver but it is still not working, im in a bit of a pickle,

Has any one got any suggestions how i could try get this problem working.

Also Whats the difference between Windows XP 32 bit & a 64 Bit please

MB uses an Intel 865 chipset.. go HERE read and you should be able to solve the problem.

64 bit is for 64 bit windows, and 32 bit is for 32 bit windows. Hold the Microsoft button on your keyboard (between Ctrl and alt) and then hit pause, it will tell you if its 32 bit or 64 bit
