No sound

i reformatted my computer and i have no sound. Everything else works, like my graphic card, but the sound card wont show. if i go to Run, and type dxdiag, it shows everything except my sound card. my sound card is a Creative PCI 128 (Ensoniq SB 1370) Sound Card. I've even went to Creative Labs website, and i tried downloading it from there but it says it cannot find my card. Help please

woah- well im no hardware geek, but i would re-insert my graphics card- it's plug and play right?...

How did you obtain this computer? Is it an original equipment manufacturer computer? If it is an original equipment manufacturer computer what is the model?

Is the sound card built in to your motherboard or is the card connected to your system by a port on your motherboard?

Go to the manufacturers site and download the correct driver. Install the driver, reboot and enjoy!
