URGENT (no startup)

I have recently installed a new zalman cpu fan and the computer was running fine, but after a few hours of using the computer i tried to write a cd and during the writing processed the program crashed and the cd drive would not extract the cd. i tried this another 2 times and each time the same thing happened, so i had to restart the comp each time and extract the cd on startup. after this the computer started running really slow so i shut down the pc and tried adjusting my fans to get more airflow in the case. when i tried to start the pc back up again it shut down within about two seconds before anything had appeared on the screens, but if i take the processor out the computer dosnt shut down (but obviously i get no display but the fans keep running) is the processor the problem.

Specs would help but I agree it can be a power issue, do you power the Zalman from the motherboard?

Unplug anything not needed then try to boot up. (optical drives, fans etc)

Get A Bigger Cooler For Cpu This Will Solve Your Problem. But Specs Would Help What Cpu Is It.
Bigger, Zalmans are huge...the problem is probably lack of/low power or the heatsink isn't seated properly
