Just purchased a USB 2.0 Flash Drive(2G). Had some problems with it after installation that the "help" section didn't address. E-mailed their "U3" support for technical assistance stating the problem. Five minutes later they sent me an e-mail that stated, "Assistance request denied without a service contract"
I e-mailed them again, stating that the problem I was having wasn't adressed by their site, and that I had just purchased it today. Five minutes later I got the exact same reply.
I never had this happen with ANY computer item I have ever purchased. Do you believe this?
PNY Technologies doesn't even have a corporate web site listed to complain to.
Are these people for real, and how can I warn others about their service policies?
