No video, help!

Hi i just put together my rig and everything runs fine, the postcode indicates FF and all the fans spin and cables connected correctly but there is no video, its not the monitor as ive tried a second one with the same results the monitor light goes from green to orange with just blackness on the screen. I dont think my video card is dead because the fan still runs and it is a new card. I tried a resetting the cmos and a different psu and still no results, i would try a different video card but i dont have a spare pci-e one, any suggestions?, my specs are:

Epox 9NPA+ SLI mobo
Athlon 64 3000+ CPU
4x PNY DDR400 512mb sticks
1x XFX Geforce 7600 GT XXX Video Card
Antec true power 2.0 380w PSU
Thermaltake Blue Orb II CPU Cooler
1 maxtor ATA HDD and another SATA HDD
 
Check the ram if its seated correctly, should be 1 and 3. Then the video card should be in the upper slot check and the power cable attached.
And make sure your screen is pluged in:P
 
if that does not help, remove all the components except for your processor, video and memory, see if you get video from there, if it does start adding the compnents one by one, I had this problem once before and eventually found out it was a modem card preventing my computer from getting video. it was kinda of odd. if it does boot though connect the hard drive next and then you can pick what to plug in from there. once you think you know the problem, unplug everything except the component in question and processor, mem,video and hard drive. hope this helps
