No video on screen

I was helping my friend swap cases. Once we installed everything in the new case, we tryed to boot it up but there is nothing showing on the screen. Nothing shows up.

We also tried the integrated video, but its the same problem...can this be the motherboard?
 
You may have killed the motherboard during the swap,it doesn't take too much of a charge to do it assuming you didn't have a esd strap to ground yourself. If you think that it is not the problem then try reaseating the memory and all other cards. also check and make sure your case speaker is plugged in on the motherboard so you can listen for those beeps. If you do not get any beeps and your case speaker is plugged in and functioning then I would say its probably the motherboard.
