Ok so its been awhile since I've posted on here.
I built my gaming computer about two years ago. Other day, it would not display video at all. First I thought the monitor died and that wasn't the problem.
Then I figured it was my motherboard because I went cheap on it and it came with the on board sound dead and some other issues. Should have returned it but was impatient.
So then I ordered a new mother board and video card (wanted to upgrade) and guess what, same thing no video. Tried new mother board and old video card. Guess what still no video. Tried different ram, in every slot and still nothing. Its an EVGA board and the LED lights say "FF" which means boot. No further information in the book about that.
So the only conclusion I can come up with is the processor went bad and my old mother board is fine.
I read online that the processor can cause no video. Just wanted other peoples opinions I guess.
Question is, if I try a new processor and still no video. Then what?.... ?
-Thanks.
P.S. I can't even get to see the bios screen. No Video at all. Period.
