No wifi in certain area

Hello,


The problem is that when a user tries to connect to wi-fi, he gets "access is limited" message. Even though the connection is good and the password is typed correct. How to fix that? And it's all users in certain building area, others can connect fine.
 
What equipment are you using? Describe your topology.

If you have multiple access points I'd ensure clients are being placed into the correct vlan/subnet for that ap
 
From main router, it goes to other one, which gives access point to computers is that area. All are TP-Link.

But since I am new to all the wi-fi stuff, I don't know all the possible fixes for the current situation.

I also found out that some guys came and needed to access main router and after that they reseted some stuff to default (manufacturer).
