That power supply looks like one of those generic ones that will barely power anything. It'll probably be only good for minimal builds using onboard graphics.
I don't like it when stuff advertises things that should be taken for granted. Like that big USB icon on the front. It's like a TV that advertises "IT HAS COLOR!"
How much is that thing? Unless it's very cheap, there are much better things you can do for yourself.
