I had a computer technician come out. He fixed my sound problem, that Geeksquad couldn't fix for the past two months. He also solved the noise problem as well, it was just something was a little loose. Took a look at my Smartphone as well. I just hope that it is fixed for good and not just temporary but the technician did say that he would come back for free if it happened again.

Yesterday, a computer technician opened my computer and he found the source of my "noise" on start up. Something is sagging and if he holds it up with his finger it stops. I am sorry that I didn't ask him what this part is. He asked if I had a small stick to hold it up. At least I know it is not serious and since the "noise" goes away in a minute or two, it is not that much of a nuisance to me. I purchased two new speakers and he managed to get my sound back. I just hope it doesn't go away again, as it has been for the last two months now.
Doesn't sound much like a tech if he is asking you for something to fix it with. You really need to get more involved with things especially when you come here asking for help and you can't answer our questions. If you would have asked what it needed we may have been able to tell you what to do to fix this permanently.
The tech can't bring his entire shop to my place. If I could answer your questions, then I would be so knowledgeable, that I wouldn't need to go anywhere for help. I would be able to do everything on my own.
