Noisey Computer

My computer is always so loud. I dont know why. I have another 1 exactly the same which is totally silent. Any insight???

Fans probably, though the hard drive can be noisy sometimes. If a fan is dieing it can get loud..

I seem to have 3 fans in my computer that i can see.

1. In the front that sucks air in.
2. On my graphics card that blows directly against the roof or the case.
3. At the rear that blows out of the computer hot air.

I opened while running and all 3 seem to be spinning. The one on the graphics card appears to be the one making the sound but I am not 100% positive. If i disable the card the fan still spins on the graphics card. But I need the card. It looks pretty dusty, should I try to remove and clean the fan. How do I do this? Besides a new fan is there any other options to get it running quieter?

I would take the video card out and clean all the dust and "gunk" that might be on it and see if that works. If not then unplug the video card fan and see if the noise stops, though i would plug it back up after you find out.
