Noisy Graphics Card Fan - best solutions?

Hi,
I have opened my PC case (HP Pavilion) to see which of the fans is making a dreadful noise and I have identified it (I think!) as being the graphics card fan. It sounds really rough! I would appreciate advice on how to best cure it.
It is the one in the centre of the picture.

Check if the fan is connected properly to the videocard, and if its an old card, get the dust out of the fan.
