Non-native resolution

So, I've played two games. First, I played COD4:MW2. When I was playing this game, my resolution was 1366 x 768. It was very clear and really good graphic. Then, I played Aion, put the same resolution however this time, screen bacame very fuzzy. How this thing could happen?

My native resolution is 1900 x something, even desktop seemed very fuzzy when I put 1366 x 768. Only COD4:MW2 did not seem like it gets affect by it. Is there anyway that I can have low resolution but still can have clear image in my monitor? please help, thank you,

1900x1200? or 1920x1080.. it's usual that stuff looks weird when you're not using your native resolution. Why? Because when you're using something lower than the native resolution it stretches the image, making it look grainy (sometimes) and lower quality.

Right but as i wrote above, when i play call of duty 4: MW2 with non-native resolution, it looked very clear. I really could not feel it is fuzzy.

Maybe you just couldn't see it? An image that doesn't have any sharp edges, the blurriness of stretching would appear to be minimal, while if your reading text it would be really bad.
