non responsive programs

hey..i was wondering why i get alot of nonresponsive programs..usually after i play a long round of cs..could it be my PSU....i really dont know what the problem could be..1 time i got the blue screen of death...but that was beacuse of my video card...anyways

yea after the nonresponsive program goes away...i can get right back into game...
