Non Static ISP with Home Server

I have a home server, I would like to make certin files accessable remotely via the internet. My ISP will not assign me a static IP address. Is there any way I can access my server remotely if my IP changes all the time?

try a servace called dyndns.com you simply setup a client on your server and each time your ip changes it updates on dyndns. you can then use a url such as myhost.homelinux.com or any other of the many domans available. the service is also free.
