I just moved all my stuff into a cooler master haf x. I dunno what the blue usb cables are for, and I am very confused with the motherboard, blu ray drive, and hdd connections. Helpppppp

The blue USB ports are USB 3.0. Your hard drive and Blu Ray player should connect through the SATA ports. Read through your MoBo manual.

Read the Case and the motherboard manual.
I am not sure about the blue USB cables, are you talking about the cable coming from the front panel of the Case.

Use cable like these to connect the ODD and the HDD to the motherboard.

And cable like these to connect the HDD and the ODD to the PSU

Can be the Power or Restart or the HDD LED or the Power LEDs connector from the front panel to the motherboard.

I got everything hooked up. The pc will power on, but no beeps. All fans are on but cd drive does open too. Idk what to do :( I left the blue usb cables from the case unplugged and upon power up 3 led lights blink once sequentially next to 20 pin connector

Make sure you have connected the 4/8pin PSU connector to the motherboard at the top left corner of the board.
If yes then try this.
1.Remove the RAM from your computer and try booting,it should give a long continuous beep.(If not post here)
2.Put the RAM back in and remove all 3 - GPUs and then try booting,it should give long discrete beeps.
3.Try only 1 GPU.
4.1GPU + Another working PSU.
5.1 RAM , 1 GPU and a working PSU.

I used the 2 4 pin connectors. I will try that test

Ok, I removed the ram and still no beeps. Doesnt beep at all

Try using a working PSU with the board.
If still no beeps then a Dead Motherboard or a Dead CPU(Which is pretty rare, but happens)
So you can try a different AM3 CPU or or a different motherboard to be sure.
