Noob Hard Drive question

I am going to purchase this Hard Drive

The power connector on the Hard Drive does that go to the Power Supply, and the Sata Connector does that go to the Motherboard?

Yeap, you got it right and its compatible but for a few more bucks get the 16mb cache
