Hey, I'm new to building computers from the case and their parts. I'm going to buy these parts, and I want to know if they're all compatible. Could someone Verify that these parts will work together, thanks.

I've also been following a guide to building computers. I followed it and got everything it said I needed, but this seems like a short list. Tell me if I need anything else, save the keyboard, monitor, and mouse.

Ok 1st off your missing a graphics card. You absolutely need one check from the list on newegg. 2 what are you going to be using the computer for 3 Get a bigger psu. You defiantly want one with more power 4 Your case is mid atx and your motherboard is micro atx. You want to match the size of the motherboard to the size of the case.

...and decent motherboards come with decent on board sound. Put the sound card money towards a video card. If you find you want to go with a sound card later, you can always snap one in.

To get more detailed help. Give us a price range and what you want to use it for. Good start though :)

Okay, well I looked at your posts and am gracious that you guys took the time to follow the links and help me out. Thanks again.
I'm going to use my computer for making music mostly, techno and such.
I'll probably do some gaming on the side, but nothing hardcore. Id prolly play WoW, and some other games.
I'm willing to spend 400-500 dollars.
