Ok so i'm getting my first custom built comp and i'm having trouble deciding which mobo would be the best for me...i'm buying a barebones system, so i only have a few choices on what to get...i've already purchased most of the components that i'll be installing...here is what i've bought so far:

Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS 500GB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

SAMSUNG Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 16X DVD+R DL 20X DVD-R

G.SKILL 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory

EVGA 512-P3-N802-A1 GeForce 8800GT Superclocked 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Now here are the board choices i have... i'd like a board for gaming, one that i can use the above components in...i'm not really interested in ocing or anything like that...but i'd like a board that will last me a good 3-4years...also i'm planning on getting the Q6600 as my processor...anyway here are my choices:

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L P35, 1333FSB, PCI Express, DDR2, Sound, 1Gb LAN

ASUS P5K SE P35, 1333FSB, PCI Express, DDR2, Sound, 1Gb LAN

ASUS P5N-E SLI nForce 650i, 1333FSB, SLI PCI Express, Sound,1GB LAN, iEEE

ASUS P5B-E P965, 1333FSB, PCI Express, DDR2, Sound, 1Gb LAN, iEEE, Quad

ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus nForce 650i, 1333FSB, SLI PCI Ex, Sound,1GB LAN, iEEE

ASUS P5N32-E SLI nForce 680i, 1333FSB, SLI PCI Ex, Sound,1GB LAN, iEEE

eVGA 122-CK-NF68-T1 nForce 680i, 1333FSB, SLI PCI Express,1Gb iEEE

so any suggestions on what board would be the best?...thanks...

sorry forgot to ask too..what's the minimum power supply i should get?

I was considering buying that but that would work awesome!!:) Oh ya sorry i forgot to add that about the amps. find a populer brand and it has good reviews on it

Good reviews will get you nowhere. There was a POWORK 500W "light-up red" PSU. 4/5. But rather the first 3 reviews seen, 2/3 say it's DOA or failed after starting...

I'd suggest waiting until the new 45nms come out in January so you can decide between the Q6600 (which will be cheaper) or one of the new ones which should be epic.

Thats why I have an Athelon now :)

My next build will be so kick@$$!!!

Ok so you guys convinced me on getting a P35 instead of the 650i or the 680i...but there is a couple of p35's this guy offers...which would is better as far as stability...i'm not planning on ocing it....here's the ones he offers....

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L P35, 1333FSB, PCI Express, DDR2, Sound, 1Gb LAN
ASUS P5KC P35, DDR3 & DDR2, 1333FSB, X-Fire PCI Express,1Gb LAN, iEEE
ASUS P5K-E P35, 1333FSB, PCI Express, DDR2, Sound, 1Gb LAN, WiFi

any of these better then the other?
