How do I get rid of the 2 highlighted folders here?

Why would you want to delete those? Lee's documents = My Documents... Shared documents = Documents you let other computers see if you place something in there.

you can hide them using security policy

I want to get rid of them because I dont use the documents folder, and as for sharing items, I use that networked hard drive for that

Where might one find this security policy?

Local Security policy is under admin tools in the control panel of xp pro.

in the policy you can hide specific things in my computer (i locked down my grans pc so she can only access one network drive, and thats it)
