So I have a i7-3770 (non k version). I was thinking is it possible to overclock this? Also which settings do I need to change in the bios to actually get overclock and how much? I really have no experience in overclocking cpu.. I have overclocked my graphcis card but it is way easier i guess?

Pretty sure the non K chips have a locked multiplier so you can't overclock them very far. I know you can a little bit but I honestly don't know how.

What cooler do you have?

There's a pretty limited BLCK option but doesn't increment in manageable chunks.

Short answer: No, you can't, you need a K-chip (eg i7-3770K)
Long answer: Yes, but it's very limited and much more likely to be unstable compared to a K-chip.
I wouldn't do it. If anything, I would undervolt it. That's possible. Same speed, but less heat. Same principle as overclocking, you just only reduce the volt while keeping it stable.
