Northbridge Cooler

I'm looking to buy a northbridge cooler, something that's quiet. My current one is really LOUD! My mobo is a GA-M55Sli-S4 Rev 2. The only thing is my graphics card goes over it so it has to be small enough to fit under or be one of those heat sinks with heat pipes that make it go off to the side. I wouldn't want to spend more than 25 AU dollars if possible.
