i had 2GB of online backup storage and only 102MB left so it said i needed to buy more, so i bought an additional 5GB and it now says i have 7GB of total space but still only 102MB free. how do i fix this? i checked my backups and i only have one that takes up 126MB
You might want to try phoning/emailing the company that sells the online storage. It may be a problem on their part, or they may be able to tell you how to fix it.
