Norton just found a virus

My Norton AV just popped with a Trojan message. I have attached a screen shot of the virus name. It says it has been deleted. Does that look familiar to anyone?

shows it's not terribly harmful. Norton did its job.

I ran Norton again and it found nothing, but now I have a file in C:/WINNT/system32 named tmp44.tmp.dll So, the same name just 44 instead of 43. Is this a similar file I should delete, or is it ok to leave it there?
