which one is better
(i'm using vista ultimate 64bit if its maters..)

1. Norton Internet Security 2009.

2. Kaspersky antivirus 2009.

3. NOD 32 antivirus system.

thanks.

Kaspersky is the best imo, but nod32 is also good. Bitdefender is supposed to be good also, but as far as norton goes i wouldnt touch it;)

Norton shouldn't even be on that list. It's like asking which is better:

1. Winning the lottery.

2. Finding true love.

3. Getting eaten alive by fire ants.

Id take #1 then #3 then #2 love is for chicks. Getting eaten alive by fire ants is hardcore... at least you will have something to brag about in the afterlife.

Kespersky hands down..u install it...configure ur updates and viruis scan times and just let it run afetr that..

Bitdefender is pretty good..has plenty of functions but found it uses plentty of computer resource..

Norton is a bad shiiite...even a free AVG will do a better scan then Norton..

None of the above. Just try Avast - it's free. maybe it's not as flexible, but if it's just a home PC it's more than good enough.

hey guys, well norton have put in a significant amount of time on the internet security package and resolved all the major issues, it is more user friendly , more efficient and uses less system resources than most of the major antiviruses available,
kaspersky for sure is a good antiviruse suite , but norton 2009 is not worth denying.

avast avg its the best of all free avs present.

I dont know about anyone of the above, but I suggest going for Avira. I used free version for a year, and had no problems. Then I upgraded for Avira Premium Security and very happy with it.

I'd go with Kaspersky as well. Although personally I use McAfee Internet Security Suite that's provided by my isp. I've used Kaspersky in the past and have had no problems.

My vote goes to NOD32 antivirus system since its scanning results are best..
I also like Kaspersky antivirus 2009 but i dont like norton at all since it not only slows down the computer but its scanning results are also not good...
