Hi,
I’m having problems playing a .swf (flash game) file in media player 10. The games play fine in Mozilla (v1.7.3) and Internet Explorer v6. The OS is Win XP Pro /w SP2 fully updated. Media player use to play flash files but after I “upgraded” to SP2 I no longer could. Media Player is fully to date as well. All security settings are at default for IE and Media Player.
The Error I get is “C00D10CB-Your Security settings do not allow you play this file.”
The Error details I get are “Windows Media Player cannot play the file because your Internet security settings prohibit the use of ActiveX controls.” Now if Internet Explorer can play the file how the hell can this be true?
If anyone can help that would be great. thanks
