not connected

hey, hey,
I can't get online, I get the following "not connected, no connection available". I have 3 networks. Thru Control Paned Network and Internet, the same. Geek squad came out and checked the router because someone else here uses it to connect. His now works. I run an Acer aspire 9360 laptop
win7 32 bit. It did this a couple of years ago and I don't remember what the guy did but it only took a moment. Any thoughts?
 
Usually when you can't connect wirelessly, you need to delete your existing network connection and then reset it back up with the correct security key. When you say you have 3 networks, what do you mean? You have 3 available networks to connect to? Only one is your own network though.
