Not enough 3pin connections on my mobo

I am looking for a type of converter that allows me to connect more case fans. I have 4 case fans, but only 2 places to connect them.

does anyone know the product that will help me connect more? Been researching a bit and the only one I found was this but since it has different voltages, i don't know if it's right for me.

So this basically creates 2 3-pins from one? Won't there be any power issues? Since you are basically plugging in 2 fans into one slot.

I don't think so. I run 7 fans off of 4 headers and haven't had ny issues. You can always go to the molex connectors, but then you need a switch to control speed.
