hey i downloaded a video clip but when i open i only hear sound no video

pretty sure its a video clip 55mb


maybe it needs some codec or something??

what is best player to use??

try looking in gspot http://www.headbands.com/gspot/
this will tell you what codec you need to listen and watch a vidoe. Then just look for that codec online.

For sure it needs a codec. There is no best player man, there is just stable players, Windows Media Player is not bad although it's not the greatest.

What is the video file extension? I mean is it an avi, asf wmv or what exactly??

Media Player classic (not windows), plays most media files and needs no codecs.
