Not sure what graphic card I should have

I am going to buy a graphic card for around 250$ but I am not sure which one.
I live in Norway but it would be a lot of help to know what Bandwith and GPU etc I should have.
I found one to ca 280$ with:

I am playing a game with name Star Wars The Old Republic and it requires good graphic card to play on high quaility and I can only have on the lowest because of my graphic card so if anyone know what kind I should buy please reply,

Also what are the rest of your specs?

If you have the right PSU I'd recommend a GTX 770 for that price
