Not Sure what to get

I am in need of a laptop. Dont want to spend more than 500 dollars i want 4gbs of ram and at least a 320gb hard drive...i have found this...does anyone know much about it?

online its not showing it now...i think because of the new laptops with windows 7.

could i get a good desktop for 500. has to inlcude monitor...max is 550.
