Note Pad

I used Note Pad to make a list of my medicines. I made a title for the document and now I want to change the title. But, I forgot how to. Can someone please advise me how to change the title of my document on Note Pad?
I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium.

Or right click filename and click on rename.
