My girlfriended has a big problem with her notebook

She has Acer Extansa for some time already so the batery can keep the ntb running for maybe 3 minutes. So she's still conected to electricity, but the ntb is constantly beeping.

It's not alwasy, but almost always it beeps every second.

Does somebody know what could be the problem and if there is a way how to fix it?

PS: She also have a new charger, some universal one, but she has it for half a year allready and the probllem appeared about a month ago.

At least does anyone know hoe to turn off the sound annoying sound when (un)plugging the AC adapter? That sound is the biggest problem for us now....

I tried to search for it in system sounds (Windows) but didn't find...

@EGamerHDK: the problem is not with the sound itself, the problem is with AC adapter (un)pluging. Everytime you (un)plug the adapter, notebook makes an annoying sound. It;s nomral behavior, but something is wrong with our notebook so it is constantly beeping...

@Hugh9191: only when adapter is plugged in. But it is still beeping like when you'r plugg in, unplugg, plugg in, unplugg.........

I "solved" the problem. The cause was bad AC adapter. It was one of the universal bought after the original stopped working.
This universal one worked fine for maybe one month, but after that this above described problems started to appear... finally I bought an original from ACER and now we don't have any troubles more...
