Hopefully tomarrow I can order my Asus M50-Vm-X1 notebook from Newegg.com. I heard it is adviced to get a cooler with the notebook to help its performance. I was wondering what would be a good cooler to get? I see they listed this as other products people purchased with the notebook http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834997340, is that good? Any advice would be appreciated.

My other questions are kinda sad for me to ask. I'm use to a desktop, and I'm use to me being hardwired in for internet. The other desktops in my house had wireless cards in them with a atenna hanging out the back for the signal. Now with this laptop I'm getting ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220340 ) How does the internet get to it? Do I just plug it in, start it up and it'll just find my internet signal and connect right to it?

Second question is, this laptop has a port were I can hook it up to my LCD TV I have. Now say I wanted to one day use my TV as my monitor, to do w.e with, hw, internet searching, game, w.e, could I hook up a wireless mouse and keyboard so I can sit on my bed and do it? Or maybe attach one to the laptop?

Ok, As me using my laptop for over 4 years. Yes, You have a wireless card built in. If you have wireless router at home. You can purchess an extrenal one but if your near the router, you'll be fine. And also for using the LCD tv as a monitor you can just start the latop with the lid closed and LCD tv set to RGB or something like that. thats what mine says anyways. You'll run into a problem with the res but it's not to big of a problem just reset it back. And for the cooler, I use a cheap laptop cooler with two blue led fans. and my laptop run at 50 to 56c. You gotta know that i've been using this for 4 years sometimes left on for days and nothing! But Heres one I just found that'll be great. Which I should upgrade my cooler soon to. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834998051 Zalman makes great stuff.

Hope this helps!!

How would I be able to use a keyboard and mouse when I hook it up to the TV? Since its closed I couldn't use it, could I then get a other keyboard and mouse like wireless

From past experience, I went into Control Panel, Power Options, than click the Advanced tab. You'll see Power Buttoms, When I close the lid of my portable computer (you'll see a drop down arrow) choose do nothing. Than restart your laptop than close the lid. Make sure your tv is on the right input and than you'll see your laptop starting up on the big screen! And yes as for your keyboard and mouse. They will still work. Just as long as your not past the limit your mouse and keyboard's wireless can handle.
