Noticable difference between the AMD 3800+ x2 and 4200+ x2?

title says it all is it worth paying £40 more for the 4200?

If I'm not mistaken there's only a .2 GHz difference in clockspeed, with the same cache amounts. That difference can be easily achieved by a bit of overclocking. I'd say it's not worth extra money.
