WIndows 10 NOW MY KEYBOARD IS MIXED UP

following my system restore issue now my keyboard is working opposite> if i have capslock on it shows lower case< off its shows upper case> typing a number shows !"£$%% etc>

can somone please advise ?

Did a reboot and now the keyboard is back to normal.
