NTLDR is missing

I bought a new Hard Drive, but when I install it I don't get a proper boot. I get a black screen that says "NTLDR is missing Press any key to restart". After rebooting, it just goes straight to that error message again. I spent several hours researching and trying to fix this with no success.

The photo below shows my setup. Disk 0 is my main drive with Windows and Disk 1 is where most of my files go for storage. And disk 2 is just some drive I had in storage and decided to use. After months of not using it I decided to take it out and replace it with a much bigger drive. After inspecting my drive space I can see Disk 2 has some important things going on and I don't want to use it at all.
