First of is nubile a real word? Secondly is the phenom fx, and the phenomII the same thing?

Thay havent released a Phenom FX. But they have BE models with a unlocked X, which was what a FX was. With BE models I dont really see a point in a FX.

well ive seen that Fx before and think they changed the name of the FX TO BE ( Black Edition) on the motherboard people thats why they have it on cpu support list on some motherboards

AMD has been talking about a new FX model since the Phenom was released, never happen. But like said, with the BE I dont really get the point of one. Unless they think with a FX name it might magically sell better. The last two FX I had, the FX 60 and 62 didnt overclock worth a crap anyway.

The Phenom II AM2+ 940BE and the AM2+/3 720BE are models with a unlocked X just like the FX was.

I just got confused because on newegg if you go under motherboards it says compatible CPUs and phenom fx was on there.
