nuisance popups

Microsoft has become a nuisance with their endless "upgrade to win 10" popups, they just won't take no for an answer. Over and over again, seemingly endless harassment that forces me to break my train of thought and click this *&%$# thing off again. I dual boot and now more often use Linux Dream Studio just to avoid a dozen more of these annoying popups. Has anyone figured a way to get rid of them for good?

They'll go away next month when the upgrade to Windows 10 will no longer be free.

Until then if you want to get rid of the GWX app, you can use GWX Control Panel.
